- 무엇을 어떻게 해서, 어떤 결과를 얻는다는 구체적인 목적과 방향이 필요
- 월간->주간-> 일일목표로까지 세분화하여 달성해야 할 숫자를 명시해 놓아야 함
- 하루하루 그 숫자를 맞추기 위해 최선을 다하게 되고 결국 계획과 가까운 결과치가 나옴
- 자신의 일이 투명하게 드러나고 공정하게 평가받는다고 느낄 때에야 비로소 동사형으로 움직인다

자산운용회사는 투자자로부터 자금을 모은 위탁자가 되어 펀드의 운용을 업으로 하는 자로서 금감위의 허가를 받은 회사를 말합니다.

수탁회사

수탁회사란 펀드의 수탁자로서 펀드재산의 보관 및 관리를 영업으로 하는 회사를 말합니다.

현행법은 자산운용회사가 투자자로부터 위탁받은 재산을 운용회사의 고유재산과 분리하여 관리하도록 규정하고 있으며, 이에 따라 투자자의 투자자금은 수탁회사에 안전하게 보관,관리되고 있습니다.

판매회사

판매회사란 펀드의 판매,환매등을 주된 업무로 하는 회사를 말하며, 투자자에게 펀드를 판매하는 은행,증권사, 보험사 등이 이에 속합니다.

판매회사는 투자자 보호를 위하여 판매와 관련된 주요 법령 및 판매행위준칙을 준수할 의무가 있습니다.

매매수수료 비율

해당 운용기간중 펀드에서 지출되는 유가증권 및 파생상품등의 매매수수료 총액을 펀드의 순자산 총액으로 나눈 비율입니다.

MMF

Money Market Fund 시장금리 연동형 펀드로 단기금융상품에 집중투자해 여기서 얻은 수익을 되돌려 주는 실적배당형 상품입니다.

채권형(간접투자기구)

약관(정관)상 채권에 간접투자재산이 60%이상을 투자하는 펀드입니다

파생상품(간접투자기구)

간접투자재산의 10% 이상을 위험회피외의 목적으로 장내파생상품 또는 장외파생상품에 투자하는 펀드 입니다.

혼합형(간접투자기구)

주식형펀드의 수익성과 채권형펀드의 안정성을 동시에 추구하는 펀드로서 주식형펀드와 채권형펀드의 중간성격을 띄고있다고 볼 수 있습니다.

또한 혼합형펀드는 주식투자 한도의 많고 적음에 따라 주식혼합형펀드와 채권혼합형펀드로 다시 세분화 되기도 합니다.

일반사무관리회사

펀드 일반사무관리업무의 위탁을 받아 펀드기준가 산정 등의 업무를 수행하는 회사를 말합니다.
